About STRIVE

Project STRIVE

Arkansas faces significant threats to community well-being due to the prevalence of violence and delinquency among school-aged youth. Youth exposure to violence at home, in their communities, and at school can cause physical and psychological harm and impact learning, mental health, decision-making, and family stability. AFMC will increase school safety through the development and expansion of evidence-based violence prevention and reduction program Communities in Schools through Project STRIVE.
